Ingredients of Stuffed Bagels

  1. It’s 1.5 Kg of Flour.
  2. Prepare 70 g of Caster Sugar.
  3. You need 25 g of Yeast.
  4. It’s 125 ml of Milk.
  5. You need 75 ml of Vegetable oil.
  6. Prepare Pinch of Salt.
  7. It’s 150 g of Butter/Margarine.

Stuffed Bagels step by step

  1. Assemble all the required ingredients.
  2. Weigh the ingredients appropriately.
  3. Heat water in a cooking pot.
  4. The should be lukewarm.
  5. Meanwhile, Preheat the oven at 210°.
  6. Carefully sieve the flour.
  7. Place the sieved flour in a bowl.
  8. Make a well at the centre.
  9. In a separate bowl,put the lukewarm water.
  10. Add the yeast into the lukewarm water.

  16. In separate bowl mix in the egg yolks,sugar,vegetable oil and milk together.
  17. Cover the dough.
  18. Let it prove for 1hour.
  19. Scale the into the desired sizes.
  20. Place the pieces on a floured board.
  21. Let it prove for 10 minutes.
  22. Carefully drop the pieces into the boiling water.
  23. Remove the pieces and place on a baking sheet.
  24. Egg wash and bake for 30 minutes at 210°.
  25. Let them bake and brown lightly.
  26. Remove them from the oven.
  27. Cut off the top of each bagel.
  28. Remove out the inner part of the bagels.
  29. In a bowl, mix in butter,grated garlic and chopped Coriander.
  30. Place the butter,garlic and Coriander at the base of the hollow bagel.
  31. Then place the deep fried/grilled bowers/sausages.
  32. Eventually cover the sausages with grated mozzarella cheese.
  33. Return the stuffed bagel to the oven and let it bake for 5 – 10 minutes.
  34. Remove them and brush the sides with a little butter/margarine.
  35. Serve as a Breakfast snack.
